Additional Fees
Phone, text message, and email fees apply based on usage (average $10-20/mo for most accounts) These fees are charged by telecomm providers and passed through to you. Fees average as follows but may vary:
-Phone calls: $0.021/min
-Text messages: $0.0119/segment/ (140 characters)
-Emails: $0.001/email
A2P Registration and Compliance required to send text messages - new telecomm regulations as of July 1, 2023. The registration and compliance process are required regardless of what software you use - with Map Ranking, we will assist you through the process.
