Referral Program · Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Map Ranking Referral Program (“Program”) is open to business owners, coaches, agencies, and individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age. Participants must refer businesses located within the United States.

2. How the Program Works

Participants will be provided with a unique referral link. To qualify for a referral commission:

  • The referred business must be a new client to Map Ranking

  • The referred business must purchase one of Map Ranking’s three main service plans: Dominate, Expand, or Conquer.

  • The referral must be properly tracked using the unique referral link assigned to the referrer.

3. Commission Structure & Payouts

  • Referrers will earn 10% of the plan purchased by the referred client for as long as the referred client remains active with Map Ranking.

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.

  • Fraudulent referrals will be banned immediately and will not receive commissions.

  • Referrers do not earn commissions on future payments beyond the active duration of the referred client’s service with Map Ranking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions will be paid every 60 days.

  • Payments will be processed via PayPal to the account provided by the referrer.

  • Fraudulent referrals will be banned immediately and will not receive commissions.

5. Fraud Prevention & Program Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Participants may not refer their own businesses or businesses they have a direct ownership interest in.

  • Map Ranking reserves the right to ban any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or misleading referral activities.

  • Map Ranking reserves the right to remove any participant from the program at any time and under any circumstances deemed inappropriate.

6. Program Modifications & Termination

Map Ranking reserves the right to modify or terminate this Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Referral Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Temecula, California.
